Massacres of Orthodox Serbs

The massacres of Orthodox Serbs began shortly after the creation of the Croatian state. In the Serbian villages in the Bjelovar region 250 people were buried alive. In the village of Otecac some 331 Serbs were slain together with their priest who was tortured to death. In Kosinj the Ustashi assembled about 600 Serbs and slaughtered them. In a similar manner in these first months alone hundreds were massacred and forced to undergo horrible tortures, both physical and psychological, in scores of villages.

Soon both the private and public use of the Cyrillic alphabet was prohibited, and the Serbs were required to wear the letter "P" (for Pravoslavac -- Orthodox) on their arms.

I am not sure if this was mentioned or not but Serbs continue to be branded in a Nazi fashion in Kosovo.

Old habits die hard. Nazi NATO has decided to place yellow crosses on the doors of Serbs to mark where Christians live.
