He's seen in profile, clutching the knife, running out of the Astoria building. He heard sirens, ran back inside, and was caught full face. The victim is in stable condition

Maybe the chinese guy had ribs on him and wouldn't give them to the guy. You know how blacks are with ribs.

I have a better idea.  He should be sent to China, where he will be locked up in the same prisons where they keep Falun Gong members.  In a few months he will be harvested for organs while still alive.
