The WRX is not only the quickest car but it'll get all it's power to the ground (thanks to All-Wheel-Drive) and take off in a straight line. A conventional V8 will just go sideways when you boot it at the lights.

The Subaru will also provide years and years of solid, trouble free motoring. The local cars will be a pain during their warranty period and a nightmare after it expires.

How does it perform in crash tests?

What happens to the car when some young punk trying to imprezza his girlfriend slams the car head-on into an oak tree at 100 MPH?

Hey Newman- What does the Subaru WRX cost without leather seats, and a sunroof, fancy wheels,  just bare bones- meaning air condtioning, and power power locks/windows/ cd player?
