Serbia and European Union

The origins of European Union may perhaps be familiar to some, but may not be to others. Since I couldn't find a topic on this, I decided to create one.

The primary reason why Serbia should not join European Union is firstly and most importantly, because it is a Nazi made idea.

In 1942 a book named ''Wirtschaftliche Neuordnung Europas'' (Economic reorganization of Europe) was published by a Nazi Economics Minister and war criminal, Walther Funk. His two co-writers Heinrich Hunke and official Gustav Koenig were Nazi academics respectively.

Previously to that however, Goering's orders in 1940 were followed by a project for the "large-scale economic unification of Europe" .
Goebbels, in the same year, compared Germany's road to unification in the nineteenth century with Europe's in the twentieth, believing that "in fifty years' time [people] no longer think in terms of countries."

Having this in mind, does it make any sense for Serbia to join EU?

So on one side we have Croazis are having a wet dream over joining Nazi 1940s 'project' while Albanians are pushing for the fullfilmnet Hitler's 'Greater Albania'. Serbia should be the last country to ever think of joining this charade!

I do not support that Serbia join this so called EU 8;) What they offer to us is same what was offered by Hitler's regime >:(

The EU is kind of like the United States.  When the states originally joined the Union, they didn't think that they were ceding over their sovereignty, or even the right to secede from the Union, should it not be to their liking.  Nowadays, as history has proved, the states are very much like provinces, or even like counties.  Such is going to be the fate of the EU member "nations".

O0 you know what they will do, same as what they did to bulgaria, give them so much credits so they could not recover from debt next 100 years or so, they keep you in control with their money, have you like a slave to be cheap labor and plus to pay off big interes rates,
i work for the biggest bank in usa, i know what i am talking about 8;)
