You can do it I think its the same has here. Hell even I can still do it 

Tho now I am not so fit as I was. I was once a greyhound and now I am a St Bernard  :::D

I have more than enough muscle I really don't want.  :'(

I always wanted to be a 1/2 a foot shorter at not build like a brick poo house, but I am so Army was good choice  :::D
