Strictly speaking he is correct.  These white, ANglo women behave obscenely in public, they go about whooping, laughing, shouting, communicating with many different kinds of men, they dress indecently, in fact they are trying to out-do their menfolk in terms of sheer lewdness.

So it's no wonder that many men cannot control themselves where these hoes are concerned.
