as a jew who had family killed by fascist cetnik forces during wwII I am disgusted by this website and some of the things that are written on here by serbs who chose to lie about their true past.

the fact of the matter is that the chetniks were collaborators with the nazis. and yet these vile and despicable war criminals somehow managed to dodge blame for the atrocities they committed against my people during wwII. not only that but they are glorified in present day serbia which isnt much of a surprise seeing how they tried to ethnically cleanse the entire former yugoslavia of non-serbs. and then I see user's on this forum with names such as chetnik this or that? HOW DARE YOU try and affiliate yourself with such war criminals. do you not know what they did to the jews during wwII? how dense are some of you people.

the serbs were the first to proclaim their country free of jews during world war II as they did their best to help the nazi's kill off serbia's jewish population. and then they have the audacity to completely ignore their past like nothing of the sort happened.

here is a link to a great book that opened my eyes during university, it was on the reading list to a course I took on the jews in east central europe. please my jewish bretheren read this book and it will open your eyes about our "friends" in serbia
