Downloading & Saving JTF videos

I try to download this http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5860186121153047571&q=serbia%2C+avoidable+war&hl=en

but it doesn't work, gives me just this HTTP/1.1 404 not found

and where is that firefox extension?
