It is for "Zidov" "Jew", in N.D.H. NAZICROATIA.
Serbs had a "P" (Pravoslavac,
pronounce Pravoslavats)
meaning "Orthodox".

Electra:
Ž stands for Židov. Its the name Croats refer to Jews.
(edit) Hussar got in there before me  :P



It has always remained very illogical for me, that word. Jew is Jevrej (Yevrey) in Serbian.

'Židov', does not really resemble how 'Jew' is said in any other Slavic language.

Husar:
Zidov stands for Jude, Judaism.
Jevrej stands for Hebrew (italian "Ebrei").
