Adding subtitle to YouTube videos

Anyone familiar with this?
Is there some software solution that someone knows about or some other solution?

Sub-titling Serbian youtube videos
would be a good thing, and a bad thing.

Good: all the world could
understand our struggle much better.

Bad: youtube NAZI-administrators
will more easily remove the Serbian videos,
when acknowledging what they are all about.

No,no I intended to subtitle certain english videos,not serbian.
Also I wanted to subtitle some other videos not related to JTF.
I think that sister Electra knows how to add subtitle to the videos you want to upload to YouTube.
As I recall she recently subtitled infamous Stipe Mesich's (croatian president,that peace of garbage and embodiment of pure evil) neoustasha-neonazi speech.
