A point about YouTube flagging
« on: December 10, 2007, 08:39:30 PM »
Something occurred to me today.  If a YouTube video is flagged and one of the YT support monkeys checks it out, they mark it "OK".  All flaggings after that are ignored, because it's already been staff-reviewed.

So the key is to flag widely, not deeply.  Flagging just the "top views" videos may be less effective than flagging the newer, not-yet-viewed-as-much vids.

Just speculations.

do we have a way of knowing what gets removed? Is our flagging helping?
If someone says something bad about you, say something nice about them. That way, both of you would be lying.

Then for sure its a double standard cause they been taking down all JTF videos without knowing what the videos says except that it's JTF.  The same way they went after Tancredo and Malkin.
