Anyone speaks german??

I found this video on youtube.



Its uploaded by some croat, from day they (youtube) close Sullivan's account I decided to download every interesting video from Youtube and uploading it on Liveleak.
It will take some time but...
That is what I have done with this video too.
Not exactly sure what is all about except what is obvious.
Particularly, I am interesting in what that german guy in last min.of video is talking about.

If someone understood that please give me some brief translation.
