I am sorry it is rude to use a strange language at an English speaking forum.
The newspapers writes about the preparation of the defense of Dragan Vasiljkovic and about the false charges from Croatia against him.

Kiwi:
No worries DALMACIJA thank you for understanding. And thank you for the link.
DALMACIJA:
Daniel Snedden AKA Dragan Vasiljkovic
He is put in prison since 2005.
According to some accusations from Croatia the Australian news paper published some untruths about Dragan Vasiljkovic.
The Australian newspaper wrote:
- D. Vasiljkovic organized death units in Croatia and Bosnia in 1991.
His men participated in and organized rape.
There wasn't a war in Bosnia in 1991. The Yugoslav war started in 1991 in Croatia. The war in Bosnia started in 1992.
Even the Hague tribunal did not charged D. Vasiljkovic for anything.
There is no prove of the accusations against D. Vasiljkovic at all.
I know that you can not put a man in prison with out a trial and proves. According to the Australian law the media is not allowed to harm your reputation with untruths?
Does this also counts for the Serbs?
Is it allowed in Australia to published horrible lies about the Serbs, in a national newspaper? Why is a former Serbian commander jailed? Is there a healthy explanation?
Does this mean that the hunt against the Serbs is open worldwide?
Kiwi:
Vasiljkovic was wanted by Interpol under war crimes Act.
Australia doesn't deal with war crimes.
The International Criminal Court will hear the case.
