Why is it allowed for nutty straight people to get married but not homosexuals?

No I do not advocate homosexual marraige..just wanted to see how many of you would answer such a liberal question.

My answer would be that nutty people can still procreate and possibly have a child who can do something decent for the world while homosexuals technically cannot procreate and will most likely have really confused kids.

Homosexuals shouldn't marry for the same reason a man and a goat can't marry.

I wouldn't mind banning Muslims from marrying. 

For the same reason we don't allow cousins to, because they produce detrimental offspring.
