You'll get a sterile generic answer, one of their staff will thank you for your concern, and then they will forget you called....if they get thousands of calls and letters about an issue they MAY take notice, but no guarantees.

Ours if you do get someone after they cut you off around 20 times, is they say you need to speak to someone else, and have you bounced all over the exchange until you are totally wasted and you get someone that says "i'll take your name and number and we will great back to you, your call is important to us"  and thats it.

But here in Oz theres the secret weapon  8;) ^-^ You state if you are not heard you will that it to the Ombudsman  :::D

You get through without a problem  ;) Funny that  O0 :::D
