"Do you have World-Class hospitals in Toronto?"
"Yes, we actually do have several World-Class hospitals."
"Are you happy for the fact that you have World-Class hospitals."
"Yes, I am."
"So, tell me - would you like to have to check in to one of those World-Class hospitals?"...
