The Effect of the Galuth on the Kabbalah
judeanoncapta:
This is a shiur that I downloaded from Rabbi Bar Hayyim's old site that is no longer up and running.
As far as I know, this is the only place to hear it on the internet.
Please listen and discuss.

It is quite a controversial Shiur. I hope that you like it.
I know that jdl4ever probably will.
Tzvi Ben Roshel1:
Is their was way to improve the audio quality? Im listining in now.
jdl4ever:
The audio quality is very bad so I couldn't listen to more than 16 minutes without my ears hurting ???. So far I don't like the Shuir since I am a rationalist and the Rabbi doesn't like rationalism to put it mildly. The only good thing about it is that the Rabbi appears to be critical of certain things about the Kabbalah as the Title suggests; and it is very rare to find a Rabbi saying this.
Tzvi Ben Roshel1:
to tell you the truth its hard to understand, I might stop listining any minute now.
judeanoncapta:
I'm sorry that you guys found the audio quality so bad, I had no problem listening to it whatsoever.
And jdl4ever, although he is critical of certain aspects of rationalism when he feels that it contradicts the Torah, in that shiur, he is tentimes more ccritical of Kabbalah than he is of rationalism.
