is it proper for someone who is brain dead and has no chance to live except on a machine to donate his organs to save another life and according to Torah?
If someone says something bad about you, say something nice about them. That way, both of you would be lying.

Personally I would think it should be the individual's choice. The only problem I have with letting them make the choice is that inevitably this may be done to someone who does not choose to have it done. This is not a simple issue.
Does it bother you that you have to face the dome and the rock to say the sh'ma?
