And about Holand, UK or France being independent; they're not since creation of European commons and they will loose the last vestiges of their suveregnity on 1 XII of 2009; When the new "Empire" with Foreign minister, Presidency and Union law supremacy over state constitition all from treaty of Lisbon will emerge.
