indeed, the other day i gave a bum $2 and after i felt kind of bad because i know he's gonna use it to buy drugs and not to get on his feet. my mom also made the point when we came here as refugees we were on government assistance to get on our feet and were NEVER hungry or didnt have a place to sleep. she strongly believes the only way people here can't get on their feet is when their degenerates or drug addicts.
