My New Plan - Serbian News Videos - from the 90s

(1/2) > >>

DALMACIJA:
I arranged a DVD with fragments of the Serbian news during the war (1991 - 1995)

It was transfered from a videotape into a CD/ DVD.
Very, very complexed action.

1. Which media player can I use to watch this DVD? My current can't handle the size or something like that. And I can not use also windows Media player.
Can sombody please give me some advice?

2. I am planning to make videos with English translation.
But first I must find out how to transfer the content of the CD into for example MPEG-film format?

Ho has any experience with this?

Thank you.

Ambiorix:
what is the processor and RAM of your PC?

check VLC media player

Serbian Cetnik (šumadinac):
i second the VLC, it plays almost everything

Dalmacija, i suggest you just simply search in google for " *fileformat* to MPEG converter "

Ambiorix:
to transfer the DVD to an .mpg file, you must find a DVD-ripper.
