Letter to Serbia's leaders

REPUBLIC OF SERBIAN KRAJIAN – GOVERNMENT IN EXILE

Mr Boris Tadić
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA
Mr Vojislav Koštunica
SERBIAN PRIME MINISTER
Mr Oliver Dulić
PRESIDENT OF THE SERBIAN PARLIAMENT

Respected sirs,

In our former letters we have remind you that you should raise up the debate about the Croatian occupation against the Republic of Serbian Krajina through your relationships with the UN’s, European and overseas countries. This would be the most convincing hold of the Serbian foreign affairs.

The world is today supporting the struggle against:
-   the demolishment of the international agreed rights
-   the endangering of the sovereignty of the international acknowledged countries
-   the violation of the Human rights
-   the deprivation of people’s privat proparty
-   terrorisme

With the occupation of the Republic of Serbian Krajina and the basnisment of 500.000 to 800.000 Serbs from Krajina and Croatia, Croatia violated the international areed rights, the suveregnty of the RSK, commited crimes against the human rights, conducted the deprivation of the privat proparty of the Serbs and with terrorisme managed to ruin the Serbian areas – during the period of 1991 till 1995.

The UN did not take any actions against the Republic of Croatia
and Croatia has not removed the consequences of the genocide and the ethnic cleansing over the Serbs.

This situation is the opertunity to charge and to take the necessary actions against the Republic of Croatia at the UN’s Security Council whose resolution (743/1992) guarantees the safety of the Republic of Serbian Krajina and indicates that Croatia’s laws would not pass on in Krajina’s territory.

Serbia is not taking advantages of the resolution of the UN Security Council from 1992  which guaranteed the security of the Republic of Serbian Krajina and is not paying any attention that this resolution is till today not put out of it’s power.

The Serbian diplomacy has an other argument which the supporters of the separation of Kosovo from Serbia do not have.
Croatia was before the year of 1990 a bi-national state, identical to the character of the state of Belgium, while the Albanians from Kosovo were always a national minority.

The West is offering a state to a national minority and in the same time depriving the state federal status of a constitutional nation (the Serbs).

Our suggest to the Republic of Serbia and it’s parliament is to recognize the Republic of Serbian Krajina based on the resolution (743/1992).
This will restore the fault of the parliament of the Republic of Serbia and Yugoslavia in 1992/93 when they did not want to accept the same offer coming from Krajina which was sent to Serbia’s parliament.

Even if you are still rejecting any cooperation with the government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina this letter has a character of an opendiscussion.

What can be improved and or corrected?
Thanks
