::)...to all Catholic Gentiles maybe... ::) Orthodox Christians celebrate Easter on 27th April...

For us that's the last day of Passover.

Precisely.  Which is why Orthodox Christians celebrate Easter when they do.  AFTER Passover.

That's not why. It's because they determine the start of Spring according to The Julian Calendar, which is around April 3.

Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday after the first full moon of the vernal equinox.  But never before Passover.

But Non-Orthodox Easter can fall before Passover in a Jewish leap year. If you would have said "But never before Passover (or in a Jewish leap year Purim), then you would be correct.

Yeah, it's a bit more complicated than it should be I guess.  It has to do with Gregorian vs Julian calendar, verbal equinox, Jewish Passover and Paschal cycles.  I do not remember it being before Passover on a Jewish leap year.  I'll have to look into that.  It's a bit confusing at times.
