Tzvi Ben Roshel1:
Rabbi Mizrahi in his latest video online (purim) talks a little about this Rabbi how he ended up in a religious community by chance coming from the airport and being lost. (I also heard about him before, but those who dont know might get a little from here). He has 10 brothers who also converted afterwards.

EagleEye:
Mills, many people who are born Jewish are atheistic at this point too, don't follow Jewish laws, and even intermarry.  So my point is that its not as if the people who are born Jewish are being particularly observant
