Ask lubab if the concept is found in Jewish metaphysics.

My guess is that some form of the concept is found somewhere in Jewish mysticism.

I couldn't find anything on Judaism and astral projection....

but Judaism does believe in a soul (Neshama) apart from a body... I know that.
