Perhaps it is as much Chaim's fault that he is still here as Israels. If he truly wanted to go to Israel he would be involved in litigation with the Israelis, using the Law of Return to overturn the court ruling.

Law of return? As all  laws it can be let say easily bended by goverment and even if they wod let Chaim in he'll be in risk  of being assasinated by "A-rabs" like son of Rabbi Kachane or put into administrative detention like other patriots, G-d Forbid. :-\ Let's hope this goverment will fall soon.

Jeremiah 8:11-17
