About 12 years ago when I lived in Houston, the city put an affirmative action monkey in charge of gearing up for the February festivities of Black History Month.
Billboards were all around the city stating "February - Black History Month - 31 days celebrating black accomplishment."
If it weren’t for whites, these monkeys would still be naked.
