Save Western Civilization > Save Serbia
Should all Serb killers be executed?
serbian army:
I agree, but if some are on our side now and feel sorry for what they have done we should consider what to do with them...
Zelhar:
The leaders who order the attack are traitors to their own people and the soldiers are largely unaware of that. However the Serbs have a right to fight back, and wage a guerrilla war against the invaders.
Zoran:
Now if only any of us had the authority to make a decision on the matter..
That's the dream.
Kerber:
--- Quote from: zelhar on April 28, 2008, 03:22:48 PM ---I think most soldiers shouldn't be punished. They were fighting an unjust war, however they didn't commit war crimes, most of them at the least.

I agree that most of them shouldn't be punished...by us.Let the Lord make the decision.I think we are not invited to judge, especially not to the majority of them because we don't know how someone is guilty is.
Now,I'll comment bold part.
How is it possible not to commit war crimes when you are bombing everything that has nothing to do with the Army?Bombing hospitals, railways, trains, oil refineries, all kind of factories,bridges,electro-distribution network(even Chinese embassy),...etc.Everything that is country's economy and has any significants for life support was the target. That's the crime against humanity.
I can't remember who was the person who told the media something like that(I'm paraphrasing):"We should make their air dirty,so they can't breathe".I think it was some German politician or general, highly ranked.
And another thing.Even if they succeeded to damage the Army,it would be also a war crime, because that war is a crime,no meter what or who has been attacked.

I meant that they conducted the war according to the rules of war. It is legitimate to target industry and infrastructure as far as I know, however civilians mustn't be targeted.
The cause of the war was unjust, it is indeed a crime against the Serb people and nation, that caused them damage and suffer which they completely undeserved. The perpetrators of this war should be tried and they deserve being hanged, drawn and quartered.
The NATO soldiers, those who didn't murdered civilians, are legally not criminals because as soldiers they're not expected to question the motives of their leaders. It is very shameful on them that they did not refuse to participate in the rape of Serbia, morally they're lowlife scum.
