His father is afflicted with the same malady, only to a much lesser degree.
It's an inability to finish one complete thought pattern before starting another one which also can not be finished, stammering, nonsensical grammatical and syntax patterns.
However, George H.W. has been called "quite the intellectual" by many close to him over the years.
Not the case with good 'ole "W"!
One observation: Whenever "W" is steaming mad furious he speaks clearly and succinctly and as a result seems solid and credible. Go back and listen to his "post 9/11 address to our legislators"...forceful and concise with true leadership.
Then, when at ease, he slips right back into confused muttering of half sentences and disjointed thought patterns.
Oh well, at least he's consistent!
