Do you get sleep spells?

Those are the ones in the middle of the day that creeps up that you feel you need to rest right away and it came out of nowhere, and you don't really want to rest in the day cause then you can't sleep at night?

Sometimes they are postprandial. Try eating very little to nothing for lunch.

Have you ever tried a small energy drink  that comes in a small bottle, I think GNC sells them they are energy boosts

usually due to food coma or waking up unusually early that suddenly you feel like crashing.
