I found that out when I ate a pile of cheese stuffed jalapenos, they were wonderful going in, not so great going out.  ;D

That's right. I was thinking in Hebrew...that's how we literally call fresh water in Hewbrew.

Humans are made to eat meat

Well I try not to 'proselytize' people into veganism :-X

It works for me but I am aware that it's almost impossible for many people.

Yea I am.

As long as you're doing it the right way (don't forget the Red Star Yeast, or equivalent) then you'll probably be one of the healthiest people on JTF.  O0

Yea I am.

May I ask why?
I have been actually asked the same question already by Lisa...

I started as vegetarian because I felt guilty of eating flesh. Then I also felt sorry for the milking cows and for the chickens  being exploited for their eggs so I became fully vegan. And I also developed a health consciousness so I try to eat healthy and I think one avoids allot of the unhealthy foods if he becomes vegan. There are still health hazards to avoid though- like margarine and other types of plastic foods and trans fats.
