I would like to get an idea on how others foresee the forthcoming opinion of D.C. vs Heller, individual or militia, influencing our rights as Americans (yes I am referring to law abiding Jews with guns), especially in relation to a likely catastrophic replacement of conservative justices on the Supreme Court, by the grotesque notion of an Obama administration.
Where do you believe our rights will fall, if the opinion is in favor of the individual right, considered within the broader spectrum of a potential re-visiting by a more liberally seated Obama court?
