I just left the speed at zero. I can make it a bit slower. I can make the wavs a bit larger too. Maybe tomorrow.

well...what I was after was like I said in the original post.

Look at my first post again. There is that generic smiley "tard" and they took it and made ameritard and ziotard smileys (see original post!)
I wanted a nazitard smiley (a tard waving a nazi flag) so I can host it on my personal photobucket, and use it as necisary.
I know its sabath now or soon so I wont expect any replies for a while.

it should be as close to identical to

It is not a happy face!

the original smiley...with no flag is "Tard" aka retard.
It is used on other forums in an negative manner using the Israeli and USA flag.

In other words, neo nazis use the smiley w/ israeli flag to insult Israel, and it is titled "Zio-tard" (zionist retard.)

My desire was to have the Nazi-tard smiley to use on them in the reverse manner.
But yes thats all that is needed I believe...to paste the original Tard smiley on the proper location underneath the swaskita flag in each of the 10 frames of the flag animation.
I THINK that is how its done, but like I said before, I could not quite figure out all the features in GIMP, and never done any graphics editing or animations.
I hope you understand now my intent. This particular smiley "Tard" is used in a negative and derrogatory manner...
