There has been some recent dissinformation about this.  While I still think there is a high possibillity of its existence... HillBuzz published a bunch of speculation about the video's time and place...  so be careful what you read about this. 

The one thing that EVERYONE agrees with is that the GOP has the tape, and assuming thats true... they would be insane to release it now.  They would wait till after the convention.
