Jay McKinnon, self-described DHS-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in production of forged Hawaii birth certificate templates posted on the same blog as the image endorsed as genuine by the Obama campaign. McKinnon provided a "blank template" of the certificate and suggested it be used to "print one up" for Obama. The admission undercuts claims of a "smear" and strengthens calls for paper proof.
