    Absolutely.   


    In addition,   Barack Hussein Obama regularly reverses his position or statement on a given issue within a day or two after he expresses something.       It's fair to say that B. H. Obama can't be trusted.       He's both deceptive and incompetent ( 57 states comment is one of a multitude of examples).
