Does Anyone Know of a Good Web Hosting Provider?

Hi people,

My blog went down when my host tried to clear my DNS cache (in order to have Wordpress 2.1 work properly). 

I'm considering Lunar Pages, Hostmonster and Bluehost.  But have any of you heard any good or bad things about them?  Or if you know of any other web hosts, please let me know.

Thanks.  I tried going to Hostgator, but was unable to use them, as their version of MySQL is newer than my current host's version.  But other than that, yes they are good.
