Now I have to work, but in 9-10 hours, I will go to a special cupboard in my kitchen. I remember there is a half boddle of one of my favourite red wines in it ...

Nothing beats beer right from the tap at a microbrewry.  The problem with the large brewing companies is that malt is so expensive that they substitute 20-50% of it with adjuncts.  Things like rice and syrup.  100% malt beers with good hops...yum.  Pilsner and reds are my favorite.
