I have been heartened to see that a very big chunk of Jerusalem Post viewers actually appear to be mentally rather normal regarding the Kuntar release. Some of the comments being written are, believe it or not, quite Chaimfanesque.
It's just too bad that many of these posters are from the USA/Canada and not Israel, where their views are desperately needed.

this was never about Goldwasser and Regev - they have been dead for 2 years. This is about sacrificing a country's security for the appearance of liberalism and photo ops. You are not a moral society but a silly and weak one. Kuntar will kill again.

I can't feel sympathy
I really can't feel sympathy for the families. I want to, but really can't. This was SO utterly wrong. Of course, Hizbullah is THE evil and cruel and immoral force, may Nazrallah soon depart for his eternal reward. But aside from the family getting some relief, nothing good was done here. Only long-term damage to a vast majority of Israel. This government MUST go.
