First off it is being reported that the Republicans have Obama's Birth Cert and his name reads "Barry Soetoro". If true ..he would have a lot of explaining
to do why he CONSCIOUSLY changed his name to an Arabic/Muslim name

A) The father become a citizen of Kenya on Dec 12, 1963 by virtue of #1
When Kenya became an independent sovereign state.
B) IMO Obama is a Kenyan by virtue of #2 which says one
becomes a Kenyan citizen as soon as the Father becomes a Kenyan citizen.
The date if citizenship is clearly stated as Dec 13, 1963.
Therefore, IMO Obama is a citizen of Kenya and holds at least dual citizenship. (leaving aside the Indonesian question)
