Why are so many people anti-Jewish?

I was at class one week ago and my professor started bashing Israel and said Israelis are terrorists not Palestinians. He said "Israel terrorized the s*it out of the Palestinians," before it was founded. There were some Blacks that made approving statements to his rants. I looked around me and noticed there were lots of Jews in the class but no one said anything. I was very compelled to say something but didn't because I didn't want it to effect my grade. WTF do these people want from Israel? To cease existing? I've also heard many anti-Jewish comments from students in my school too. I knew the internet was full of these creatures but I think it's very common in the real world. This professor openly supports Obama too. I feel Antisemitism is rising and as the economy worsens so will Antisemitism.

Claims that Jews are not really white and do not hold loyalty to the country they live in and are therefore seen as a threat. Jewish leftist politicians backing gun control, higher taxes, aipac lobbying groups.

Third is Israel, people simply do not like the fact that the US gives foreign aid to Israel, they see Israel as the aggressor, human rights groups have put videos all over youtube gaining sympathy for their cause by showing home demolitions, and protestors being shot. The problem is, it's a slanted argument and we only hear one side of the story.

You can spend your entire life researching this question and never come up with a comprehensive answer.  I prefer to think of people such as your professor as either ignorant (willfully or not) or as evil.  Those who are ignorant are often willingly so.  Their ideology makes them refuse to attempt to understand the Jewish people and their history.  People who are just ignorant because they are ignorant can sometimes be persuaded, but they are in the minority.

Those who are evil and know that what they are saying is not true are the worst of all, and their motivation is based upon an ideology that is antithetical to Jewish philosophy.  So the question arises, what is Jewish philosophy?  It is important to ask this, because we need to know what kind of life Jews would create for themselves and their gentile friends if only they followed Jewish principle.  It is also important to know what kind of world we would have if noone believed in Jewish principle.

I think that those who choose to be against the Jews, knowing what Judaism stands for, have made a clear philosophical decision.  They are admitting that they cannot bear the burden of conscience.  They cannot bear morality.  They cannot bear the values of obeying the law, of family values, of charity, of education, of knowledge or wisdom.  

When somebody chooses to be anti-Semitic, they are tacitly admitting that they prefer cowardice over courage.  They will never explicitly state this, of course, but that is what they are for.  They are admitting that they prefer barbarism over a difficult set of laws to follow.  Most of all, they are admitting that they wish to cast off the yoke of heaven, that a sanctified life is not worth living.

That is why so many college professors are against not only Judaism, but also Christianity, America, Israel, the West, and any type of decency.  It is also why you can see so many liberal "intellectuals" extoll the virtues of islam, because islam is the political movement which seeks a reversion to barbarism.

So you should know, very clearly, when someone speaks against the Jews, what exactly they are all about.

Hello, by any chance do you go to UC Irvine? UCI is the absolute worse University. UCI allows hate rallies against Israel and they invite terrorist supporters to speak on campus. If I were you, or one of the other Jewish students at your school, I would look into the possibility of filing a lawsuit.

But you could complain to the department head because I assume that the subject he teaches has nothing to do with the topic discussed. And if it did, there was a lot of factual invalidity to his "arguments" For example, there were no "palestinians" before 1967, so how can Israel made them suffer from 1948 to present?

If the opportunity presents itself, you can agree with professor and make a presentation on Israel's aggressive nature. He'd swallow it - to have a Jew to express self-hatred, is the most delicious thing for an antisemitic.
