Thank G-d the Founding Fathers had the brilliant foresight to create Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

Barack's 2006 travel to Kenya to stump for his Muslim Nazi cousin, Riala Odinga, who at the time was running for president of that country, was also a direct violation of the Logan Act, as was his recent world tour where he met with Iraqi government officials through whom he attempted to influence the foreign policy in Iraq directly against President Bush.  Each incident was a Felony punishable by three years in prison.

Perhaps the decision for the Republicans to keep the topic focused on mundane issues like taxes and healthcare was a brilliant move?  If they can spring this trap, it will be a lethal one.  Let's enjoy the fireworks.  Mazel tov!

Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, filed a Motion for Extensive and Expedited Discovery including the Depositions of Barack Obama and Howard Dean, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee [DNC] with a Special Master in the case of Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, on 09/09/08. Berg stressed to the Court the urgency of this case as, we the people, are heading to a “Constitutional Crisis” if this case is not resolved forthwith.

The reason the MSM does not cover it is , because they all for Obama!
the reason foxNews neither the right wing radio talk hosts don't cover is, because they do not want to run against Hillary!
If  the judge orders Obama legally  to stay out of the presidential race, and disqualify him,  the democratic party will replace Obama with Hillary in a minute!
McCain/Palin ticket will loose by a 15 point landslide!
Sure the Republicans want to run against Obama~! But if Obama wins, Israel will pay the most!
