Neturei Karta: Ahmadinejad wants peace

Those Neturei Karta really puzzle me. If they interpret that Zionism is wrong and exile is a punishment that only Hashem can end.....it seems a point. But where is the Torah source that says Jews must praise their enemies??? Even if their interpetation were right, and Israelites should not rebel against the nations..... where does it say that they must agree with evil??? If evildoers like Ahmadineyad were used by Hashem as a punishment to the world or to Jews, like Babylonians in the past....did the prophets say it is a mitzvah to befriend them??? Surely not!!!!! What's their point?
