Yes of course but the servant must be a Jew to marry a Jewess.  I was simply stating the difference of what people believe slavery to be in Torah as compared to that of the Jew in Egypt, under the Romans, Mohammedans or Communists.

nope.  A gentile servant can marry a jewess.

I heard that from a good (orthodox of course) rabbi.  He said that servant is almost like a jew, and he can marry a jewess.
