What's up with Debbie Schlussel's slamming Sarah Palin?

This might sound crazy but maybe there is an element of jealousy by some women about Palin. Palin is very attractive and smart, so this may threaten someone like Debbie Schlussel, even though that's crazy because Schussel is also very smart and attractive.

Whether or not jealousy is playing a role here, I don't know/won't comment...
BUT it is true that jealousy is a factor w/ re: Palin (and other women)
The excessive bashing could be a reaction to the over-gushing from men towards Palin. The person is annoyed at platitudes given to someone because of physical appearance. Instead of concentrating on the issues and to keep infatuations/emotions etc out of the equation as conservative men are expected to do. It is precisely that type of irrational blind devotion that LIBERALS are famous for. And rather than bash the men for acting like teenagers meeting a movie star, the jealous critic will lash out on the woman.
The liberal women are doing this all the time: hating Palin because she is gorgeous, an executive, has a nice family and is genuinely happy. The liberal women have none of these and are therefore jealous. They at most can dream of having one of the traits. For Palin to have all of them simultaneously makes them jealous and so mad.
Palin is so likable though!

Debbie posted the jpost article that attacked Shoebat's claims, but he also wrote a reply to Jerusalem Post, which Debbie did not link to. http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1207649974071&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FPrinter
I'm not sure who to believe in this case. It would be very unfortunate if Shoebat turned out to be a fraud.
