Judge Jackie Glass (who is rather hot if I might add ;-) ) assigned him to custody immediately. She was very unamused at the defense's motions. Judge Glass is the Sarah Palin of judges. :)

why not raped by a 5 foot mexican?
is it worse if the rapist(s) is 6'6. You mention 2 rapists. How about 10?
