Why doesn't McCain say that he'll kill Bin Laden?????

Yeah, he said he will get him. But, it still doesn't cut it for me. I would have said " I will find Osama Bin Laden, I will kill him, and I will exterminate his followers immediately and cut off the head and destroy the body with our tremendous military support, without confirming with NATO "

Bin Laden needed dialysis, didn't he? It seems like it'd be hard to get top notch medical care in a desert somewhere having to hide out.
