Don't worry about that!
The chances of that even having a chance of happening are minimal, and if it did it would be gradual and you'd have to have done it very intentionally, and the effects would wear off if you stopped exercising. She must be very dedicated, with an odd diet, strange genes, and she WANTS to look like that!!
I heard that Scary Spice (the black spice girl), does 100 sit ups a day!!!!!!
I can tell you, she doesn't look a fraction like that.
Funnily enough there was a program where white people like ken livingstone, got blacked up, or "browned"!. Some kind of anti discrimination program. Chris Evans was blacked up. Scary spice was whitened.. and a black fellow - also whitened - told her she looked much better white. She did. Some very thin women , very naturally thin, might look a bit muscular if they went to the gym alot and didn't eat much. But even then, not as bad as that!

Yes, when they are in competition, they look more muscular because of the rules.....to win...there are things they do to get their muscles to stand out, etc. In normal, every day life, it doesn't look like that.
