It was McCain's best performance but far from the knock-out he needs.
Instead of apologizing for the ads attacking Osama, he should have made a commitment to expose all of Osama's unsavory associations.
Not a single mention of Wright or Rezko--and only a half hearted attack concerning Ayers and ACORN.
McCain just doesn't get it. It's not racist or unfair to attack Osama for his associations and dealing with scumbags like Wright. It's his obligation to expose Osama and prevent the mooozie from winning the presidency.
McCain is just too weak and politically correct to mount a damaging attack on Osama.
We're in big trouble.
I think most Americans right now are looking towards an answer on the economy. Most people are angry at Wall St. and if McCain had been against the bailout, he would have something that would truly work on Obama. But McCain, like the sellout that he is, backed the bailout which was the final nail in the coffin.
Ayers, Rezko, Wright- the media already decided these things are morally acceptable for America. If McCain had vigorously brought these things up, he would still be attacked. Remember, he's trying to win independent voters here, I'm sure a lot of these so called "independents" would probably be turned off.
McCain will lose this election becomes people are just uninformed and are brainwashed by the media to worship Osama.
