Even if the tape cannot be obtained in time, there are still the excerpts (which I did not view, but can imagine how bad they are,) and a new ad can be created by our friends at:

who created the new Jer. Wright ad for the swing states.  I have asked them if they would be willing to do so.  i feel optimistic that Sen. McCain probably filed suit, or whatever remedies are necessary to deal with the L.A. Times. 

I catagorize this as a hate crime and reported it as one to the FBI.  I told them if they are in Obama's pocket, disregard my crime tip

I let Sen. McCain know what I did, but I do not believe we can single handedly fight this Obama Machine.
